Buyer returned different item then the one I sent them

EBay allowed a seller to return something that went through Authenticity Guarantee and it wasn't the same one I sent to them.  The thing is that that seller purchased the item she sent back to me from someone else two weeks earlier.  The Jewelry box I sent it in was a Black velvet Box with Tiffany and Co in Gold and the one the buyer sent back to me was in a Blue Velvet Jewelry Box with Tiffany and Co in Silver.  Another thing I noticed is the clasp she said was loose well this isn't even the same bracelet I sent her.  When on the ground my clasp was flush the one she sent back to me wasn't   How do eBay allow this. I am appealing it and I have proof she purchased this from another seller (I found the item number)

I am being scammed right now by another seller and ebay has said 

I need to refund and is holding my funds ,it seems that sellers just don't have any rights here now ,good luck with your appeal but I really don't think they will listen

I think you mean they allowed a BUYER to return something that went through AG. 

For returns through the AG program, the item doesn't go directly back to the seller. It goes first to the authenticator where they verify that it's the same item they authenticated and the condition is the same.

Again, you mean that the BUYER purchased the item from someone else. 

Are you saying she bought the item from someone else and return THAT item to you? If so, again, it would have had to go back to the authenticator and they would forward it back to you are their inspection.

And in that case, if it's a different item, they'd refuse the return and send it back to the buyer.

Did the buyer buy 2 of the same item, one from you and one from another seller?

If so, did the other seller's bracelet also go through AG?
