Ebay fees are only returnable if you 'agree' with the refund request and do the refund.

Curious, what was the 'reason' used by the buyer? 

By the way, having all those $5000, $10000 items listed, this can happen again and again.

When a buyer does a charge back through their payment source, Ebay has no say on the outcome.

Unless their payment source requires them to return the item, you won't be getting the item back.
