The buyer said that the information about the item wrong (scale of toy car). Asked for full refund. I apologized and asked him to open return that I can send shipping label and refund. He refused saying to much hassle and waste of time and want his money immediately. In this case there's no return case with ebay that I can proceed with anything. Please help if what to do here

Courteously repeat that you need for them to open the return case. The buyer might have filed too many returns in the past and that he might no longer be eligible for the money back guarantee. Sounds like he wants you to give a refund and let him keep the item.

Other than leave you negative FB there is nothing he can do through Ebay without opening the return.
He can open a dispute through his credit card issuer, but if he does, you can include in your response your willingness to accept a return.
He is probably counting on your relatively low selling history to bully you into a refund without return.

Report the buyer for abuse, as well.
Not allowed

ABUSIVE BUYER trying to get something for nothing. Violating eBay’s rules. Report this buyer immediately.

You stop the conversation immediately after you tell them to open a return. THEY MUST follow the rules on here.

Yep, it’s; possible they have reached their abusive behavior limit on here for returns. Now they should be kicked off of here for good if that’s the case.

They need to follow the terms & conditions for the web site they accepted when making the purchase. That is their refund policy, applied to all users equally.
