Curious what my options are here, I did nothing wrong and now the buyer received a refund and never sent my item back. The whole story below, there has to be some kind of protection for sellers in situations like this….
Buyer bought an NFL autographed helmet from me, he paid ($440+) and I shipped item out within 24 hours. The buyer opened a dispute saying I sent the wrong item 3 days before the item even arrived! I provided tracking etc to the case and tried communicating with buyer but got nothing. eBay reviewed the case and said I needed to issue a refund. So I issued the refund and now nothing but silence for weeks. So now the buyer has my item and has been refunded by eBay. Do I have any recourse here to get my item back? Thank you!

Exactly what happened to me today on a 100 dollar tech item. Buyer used ebay guarentee saying it didn't work and sent back only part of the unit. Auto refund was given without any input from me. {Its so darn hard to get customer service}

That really sucks, seems like it’s easy to scam people as pro-buyer as eBay seems to be. Sorry you are dealing with that.
