Buyer opened case "Missing parts" when missing parts are clearly described

Sold a electronic. My listing clearly says the item comes with no AC adapter (in two places: condition and item description). The smart guy contacted me and then went and opened a case as "Missing parts". Based on my long experience with eBay which in 99.9% of case takes buyer's side (no matter if they right or try to abuse buyer protection policy as in my case). I would assume the outcome of my case would be towards buyer?

no comments, its like talking to a wall

I think you will find this to be true if you do not accept the return and the buyer request eBay to help.

No amount of explaining is going to stop eBay from forcing a refund if the buyer requests it.

I will glad to accept your opinion ONLY after you explain me how selling "Vintage Avon Mail Jeep Extra Special Male Deep Woods After Shave Bottle" without the actual after shave is different.

Simple, I'm not selling the after shave, just the empty bottle.

When you sell an empty bottle, buyers don't expect it to have anything in it.

When you buy a scanner that the supposed to work, you expect it to work when you get it.

Have a great day.
