Appears you didn't provide information about why your USPS postal office can't use certain returns codes. What's the issue here? Since it's in the 'returns' topic... is it about a buyer (you buying item) who wants to return and be refunded/item replaced by other or a seller (you selling item) dealing with buyer (someone who bought your item) return?
Or simply want to know about USPS return codes and what each one mean? (From USPS)

You'll have to either find a participating carrier location @dansranch34_9 that offers the QR code printing service, or go back to your return details page and select to print your own return label instead.
If you don't have a printer, try printing out your return labels at a public library, a copy shop, a friend's office or home, etc. And don't forget that there are many humane ways to administer food and drugs.
