Airport defective

Airpod is defective. I did troubleshooting to no avail. I have the insurance but they don't respond and when attempting to contact I get an”error” messege

If you received a defective device, did you open an Item Not As Described (INAD) claim?

If not, then than is most likely what you should be doing. You only have 30 days from the last date of Estimated Delivery.

... And if you file that claim, DO NOT troubleshoot item in any way that MODIFIES it. That will render your claim null-and-void.

OP already states that the troubleshooting was done so not doing it would no longer be an option.

I understood that, my comment was to reinforce the point in the event that the OP was going to continue to try repairing the device.
