My buyer was confused by the Item Title where I listed several brands as examples for search purposes. The Item Description clearly showed (in bold type) the manufacturer name of my item which was not the brand he needed. He was also looking for a specific feature that my item did not have; nor did my listing say anything about that feature. My Item Description contained no inaccuracies or misleading information.
Buyer wants to return it based on "doesn't match description or photos." I'm willing to take the return but want him to pay return shipping. How can that be accomplished? Thanks.

What you did was a KWS (keyword spamming) violation. You aren't allowed to use unrelated terms in your title or listing as a way to generate more hits.
The item WAS "not as described" because it's not all the brands you listed!
You have 3 options:
1. Accept the return and pay for return shipping, after which you issue a full refund to make the buyer whole
2. Issue a full refund without the buyer having to return the item
3. Offer a partial refund (which the buyer is unlikely to accept)
If you ignore the request, ebay will step in to give the buyer a full refund, let the buyer keep the item for free AND you'll have a huge ding on your account for not resolving it yourself.

It can't. If you accept a SNAD Return, you'll have to pay return shipping if you want to get your item back. Sorry...
ETA: Your titles are a bit 'spammy', for what that's worth. Your UPC matches Airsled, manufactured by Airsled.

Here's the "search manipulation" policy FYI:

Tagging on... and for example: 'Airglide', seen in bold in your description, is a lower-cost copy of Airsled's design.

Sorry, you have to pay return shipping on this one.
Next time, only list the brand it is.

I understand and appreciate all the corrective comments. But, this last one about "Airglide" I don't understand. The item I sold is made by Airglide; are you saying I can't use the name of the manufacturer in my description? Or refer to their website for additional information?

The UPC you put in the listing comes up with AirSled.
You can use the brand name, but not the other brands you listed.

Sure you can use Airglide. In this case, you can't use Airsled.
