Hello
A buyer opened a Return Reason case
Doesn't match description or photos
and sent 3 photos. In those photos I couldn't see that everything was complete, it looked like things were missing, so I told him to send a clearer photo
and he refused
He said the description was
Comments
Description says old items vintage, unsearched and untested- this whole lot is tangled junk. Would like my money back!
The buyer sent you a message
I have clearer images. Everything that was sent in the box is in the box. I did not take anything out. It is all junk anyway.
I answered him
You sent a message
Hello I see the photos and there are things missing, please send me a clear photo
After that I called eBay customer support
They helped me and I explained the problem. Customer support told me that in a few days the case would be resolved in my favor and that I shouldn't do anything
Today I get a message from eBay saying this
Your funds are on hold until this case is resolved
And then it says
This return is now a case
We will investigate the case, and may reach out to you or the buyer for additional information.
What do I do now?
thank you

The customer support also told me that if things are missing, I should report them to eBay with photos, as eBay also protects sellers.

eBay only protects sellers when a buyer claims non delivery and the seller has delivery confirmation that proves otherwise.
