I understand there is a 3 calendar day return for items not as describe for trading cards.
if the item was delivered on Friday afternoon, does that mean I have until Monday afternoon noon, Monday end of day, or Sunday end of day .. to register the return?

What is their return policy?
Three calendar days to return it is for sellers whose policy is no returns. If it's not as described you will have until Mondsy 11:59 pm eBay time to open a return request if their polcy is no returns.
If they accept returns how many days is their return policy? 14 days you have 14 days to open a return. 30 day and 60 day return policies haven't changed.

Yes i can start a return. Just wanted to know when last day is because i cant inspect the item until Monday. Wanted to know if Monday is the last day or Sunday is the last day.

That might be what the seller is saying in the listing, but trading cards have a 14 day return time (in the last seller update for Trading Cards) and these terms over rides the seller's terms.
