On a PC under the Listings tab where it shows Views for 30 days, it would be good info if Qty Sold worked like 30 Day Views.
Filtering sold items for the last 30,60 & 90 days of sales along with a graph showing organic & promoted sales. That would provide a quick look to see if an item is worth relisting or not.
Hey @sasase thanks for your suggestion! We'll be sure to pass along your suggestion to the appropriate team.

Why doesn't eBay mirror what shipping companies state as estimated times of delivery instead of expecting such short shipping times?
Case in point:
Ground Advantage pkg scanned at Post Office last Friday afternoon, in Southeast Texas.
It was estimated, by eBay, to have arrived in Kissimmee, Florida (1026 miles away) the following Monday.
It had not even left Houston on Tuesday morning, and USPS estimated it would arrive by Thursday.
Does eBay not account for non business days and types of postage/shipping when making these estimates?
Hey @ltldpr! The buyer will see an estimated delivery date based on our machine learning prediction which considers a number of factors—seller selected services have no impact on the estimated delivery date

Irrelevant search results
There are still problems with search results bringing up irrelevant results unless the item is put in quotes.
Examples Altec 1233 - no quotes 187 results, with quotes 5 results
Mega Bloks 96970 - no quotes 641 results, with quotes 21 results
These are just 2 examples of search ignoring numbers like model numbers. There are many posts on the forum regarding this.
Please advise when this will be addressed. Our buyers need to find exactly what they are looking for.

Hey @backpacktreasures! Our Search team is consistently looking into refining our search and is working on making changes that we are hoping to have implemented early in 2024. I will be sure to have this example and feedback sent over to them.

Further my previous question but a different topic.
Does ebay have any plans to return to pre pandemic level customer service? A couple of seasonal updates ago ebay had said that they were going to do something like that but it never happened. I sell a larger volume of high value items and customer service can almost never assist with anything. They are mostly just hostile and decide whether or not my issue is important enough for them to send an email to an offline team. These efforts are almost always unproductive and it is costing us 100's of thousands of dollars in sales. Not long ago my sales volume would have had an account manager now I can't even report a site issue or ask a basic question.

I have reported this many times over the last few years, very frustrating that it has never been fixed.

But if I don't buy from eBay or upload 5 shipping labels eBays bots will automatically create shipping labels and send them to the buyer. How do I prevent this action?
I definitely recommend reaching out to customer service once you provide the proper label to the buyer so it can be notated. However, regarding an already generated label for returns, I would recommend turning that off in your settings for future returns so you don't have to worry about that happening. The generated label for this return will be automatically voided and refunded within 30 days if unused.

At the eBay update a few weeks ago, I asked for the email contact for the shipping team responsible for the eBay Standard envelope for mailing low-cost flat items. The email address was posted in the chat, but I missed it. I was also advised that a method existed to print directly on envelopes, but the person with the answer never got back to me. Unfortunately, printing a label the size of the envelope and affixing it to the front stiffens the envelope, in some cases, enough to disqualify the mailing from the program. I am hoping that collectible color slides and photographs in various collectible categories could be added to the list of eligible categories for the program.
The eBay Standard envelope offers a way to sell and ship otherwise uneconomic items to buyers. Unfortunately, the $20 limit is too low. The cost of tracked USPS Ground Advantage tracking for lightweight items selling between $20 and $80 cannot be recovered at competitive prices. Why not raise the limit to $100 but keep the insurance coverage at $20 or $50 for multiple items?

Hey @clarkphilatelics! Let me get this over to the shipping team to see if I can get some of this answered for you as well as a possible email address to reach out to!
Update:
@clarkphilatelics Sellers can email feedback and requests directly to the shipping team using the email address ebayshippingteam@ebay.com

hello - could you please add a feature to allow buyers to create a MASTER excluded seller list that will apply to all future searches? I am a power buyer with 20,000 plus buys including one ex-wife on ebay, and i run 70+ saved searches daily and often have to exclude the same seller 10 or more times. thank you and happy holidays

Hey @coinslabz26 that's disheartening to hear this has been your experience. I can't speak on the plans for hiring and department structure in the future, but I would recommend contacting our Customer Service folks through social media for any unresolved issues you still have. That tends to be the most convenient and successful contact option.

Hey @biddybiddyboombum that's a great suggestion! We'll be sure to pass that along to the appropriate team.

An item mailed in August did not arrive and was refunded through eBay in September. The buyer notified me that the item arrived a couple of days ago (in December). Why does eBay shut down buyer or seller actions 30 days after the sale, even if the item was refunded? Now, the buyer has not option than to pay with a personal check. While I realize that not all buyers are so honest, most buyers would pay for a refunded item that arrived after the refund is posted. What can eBay do to be more flexible. A similar situation exists for stamps sent out for expertizing. Sometimes the process takes three to six months. My policy is to refund purchases of stamps that receive an unexpected adverse certificate. Why is eBay unable to accommodate extended periods to resolve expertizing issues? Most stamp sealers would handle this process from their own website without difficulty.
