Hi @mam98031, we don't have any specific details about opt-in options aside from the small group of sellers that have already received an email about managed payments from us. The best thing to do for now is to keep on eye on this page for updates as we move forward!

This thing of showing something else when a search turns up an item that already sold really annoyed me the other day.
My search for "Gemline Saddlebag 2310" turned up one that had a New York Nicks logo on it.
Since that was not available, eBay showed me all sorts of other New York Nicks paraphernalia, completely ignoring all my search terms. NOT a happy camper!

I have to go through the task of deleting "saved drafts" every couple of days. Some "drafts" were "saved" 3, 4, or even 5 times.
Any possiblility of either (1) only saving the latest draft of a listing, or (2) eliminating "drafts" after the item is listed?

Several times in the last few days, I've done a search and seen some large number of results at the top of the page, but only a fraction of those results were actually available for me to view. (yesterday, 8 of 11 were visible, a few days ago 46 of 308, and I forget the actual numbers the first time.)
I called CS each time it happened, and th agent got the same result I did, so it's not being caused by my computer, OS, or browser.
This has happened a few times in the past, but now it seems to happen pretty much every time I do a search. Can this be fixed?

I like my money going into PayPal where I can manage it as I set fit. (use it , withdraw it, cushion for "return request" fund freezes). I do not want that activity happening on a daily basis(potentially daily basis) in my bank account.

Hi Alan and everyone,

I have been asking what is going on with Collections for several years now, it seems. So far, you have not been able to get any answers from "the Team". The last word you passed on was that the functions were supposed to be added to Lists, but from all the complaints about lists recently, they are not working any better than collections.

Collections used to work much better than lists did, or do. The main benefit from the user's viewpoint (buyers and sellers) was that listings in collections were persistent (did not get purged from the database), so buyers and sellers both could maintain access to the items they had researched and purchased. Also, collections could be either public or private.

Will you please find out from the Team what changes they are going to be making, and give us a timeline for when the changes will be implemented.

Please light a fire under the Team and get answers this time. I know they have always blown you off befire, so please don't let them ignore you again. Maybe you can schedule them to do a chat in the next couple of weeks.

When will these "Glitches" Be fixed? We are down $8500.00 so far for the year and 75% of it is due to these glitches.

If Ebay is going to use Ayden instead of paypal is there a USA based person NOT reading from script that can answer question Prior to having to go to Ayden?

When will the "fees" for using this new service be announed?

We got a invite to join and without knowing the Fees ect I am not early joining.

We are however talking with our bank on opening a seperate account just for this new payment program to cover ourselves in the event of glitches.

Lot of unanswered questions on a program that has no details on fees to date.

On the topic of drafts:

We don't generally save ours to work from for a couple reasons.

Is it possible for eBay to not automatically save a draft? All it does is clutter things, require more work, and potentially lead to issues (which have been reported in the past to MerchSupport).

That is the beauty of a Beta program. Ebay hears what we think of the process. They learn from us on what can make it better and more useful to members. Those in the Beta program have more imput than others. It is a good way to hopefully get the program that suits more sellers. More enhancements, reports, or whatever appears to be something useful to many.

Hi @vrykalak - this was an issue that was resolved earlier this week. If you're still encountering it please contact CS and ask them to file a new tech ticket for you so it can be investigated. Thanks!

PLEASE don't stop the chats!

If attendance has been low, some of it may be for other reasons than people losing interest, e.g.:
- July 4th chat being moved to July 3rd, without any previous notice (that I was aware of anyway)
- several recent chats having specific topics that might not be of interest to everyone

Hi @vrykalak, I've been testing this out and when I make changes to a draft and select "Save and Continue Later" it doesn't create a duplicate draft for me. Can you let me know what happens to create more than 1 draft listing for a single item? If there's an issue then I'd like to get it reported.
