If this ever happens to you (or anyone) again, you can have a friend or
family member who does have money in their PP account, send you the
money to cover the shortfall. Likewise, and I hate to feel like this, if
someone buys and then cancels immedia...
It will be good for some people. But if you have been selling on ebay
for 20 years, are a TRS Plus with 100% feedback, etc., and ebay is
THROTTLING you, it won't matter if they give you a million free
listings.
