@birdhouse-in-your-soul wrote:One more question -- because I have used Turbo Lister for a LONG time, I have a large number of older listings archived there. Will this be possible to do with Six Bit, or will the initial Six Bit set up only allow us to import listings from the last month or so? Right now I have listings in TL dating back for several years.
@birdhouse-in-your-soul Good news! You can import your entire library of items into SixBit and then SixBit will keep them as long as you'd like.
Yes and no. I posted this question much earlier in the thread. When I transferred my files from TL to Sixbit, they all didn't make it and I have no idea why.,
@mam98031 The first thing I would recommend is to take a look at the Event Log to see if it identifies the reason for the items not importing. If that doesn't clear it up, please open a ticket with our support.

WRONG. There are NO multiple seller ids being used here !!
@weaverlili I see you've been working with our support. I urge you to keep working with them to find the issue. I can assure you that this issue doesn't affect everyone and we're working hard to find a workaround.

I still do not see anywhere on the forum a straight answer from eBay as to what will actually happen on July 13.
If the answer is I lose the ability to call for support on TL and I will no longer be able to directly connect from TL to eBay to do uploads of listings. Say that! If something else in my desktop TL software will stop working, state what that is. TL on my computer has had no updates for a long time now but it works as far as keeping and inventory of items to include pictures and descriptive information that I can use and I can hopefully still export data in CSV format. Please answer my specific questions which are clearly not answered so far in this forum by eBay.
Hello @rayrruss ,
Thank you for your post. I directed this response earlier and you can review it Here.
Come July 13, 2020 you will not longer be able to upload offline listings to eBay.com. Turbo Lister, as an offline application will still function but it loses it's ability to connect to eBay and pull data from eBay or add or revise active listings on eBay.
As for your concern about the Turbo Lister software on your computer, even months down the road it should still work. Keep in mind that Turbo Lister will stop getting updates on eBay categories and other changes so older exports won't carry those corrected category ID's so that could be a problem later down the road. I recommend to remedy that is to use SixBit's offer of 6 months free, get your listings over to SixBit and then if needed, you can always subscribe later when your ready to list again.

@dhbookds wrote:Question for 6 bit people.........
After TL is "killed" by ebay Would it be possible for TL users to continue to list in TL and then export to 6 bit to do the actual uploading to ebay? I realize the redundancy.......but some could be more comfortable doing that than trying to deal with a new program.........granted they would have to do categories and IS because of on going changes.......
@dhbooks I wouldn't really be practical to do it this way. Over time, categories and item specifics will change and it will become increasingly prone to error. The SixBit data entry screen is very customizable and I think you will find that you might like it better. Please take a look at our video on customizing the item window to see how you can tailor it to your process (https://youtu.be/Yz2IAK1rIV8)

How long will we be able to use T/B in our computer? Then upload the item using the Hub?
Hello @whotoldya ,
Thank you for your reply post. Turbo Lister will still run on your computer as an offline application as long as it exists on your computer. After July 13th though, you will not be able to use Turbo Lister to upload items to eBay, even the Hub.

@barrys_chainsaw_shop wrote:What features of Turbo Lister are not supported by SixBit?
We've tried to match all the features present in Turbo Lister with the Turbo Lister Starter Edition. If you find any we have may have missed, please let us know. All other versions should add much more functionality, include support for Multi Channel listing.
Thanks,
Steve

@fragranceplusbeautyfinds wrote:Will sixbit transfer all of my photos over from turbolister and is there a limit to the space that sixbit has for my photos? I have 1,000's of listings in my database. Thanks.
@fragranceplusbeautyfinds Yes, all of your items and photos will import into SixBit, and the database is virtually limitless. We have a user with over a million listings in their database and over 100,000 active at any given time!
