When I crop screenshots, my iPad automatically saves it as a .jpeg. All iPads do that, I think. I’ve tried everything I know to get it to save as something else once cropped, but nothing is working. Every time I try to upload a cropped screenshot to a post or comment in the forum, I get a rejection message telling me it does not accept .jpeg. Is that a permanent issue in the forum or is it going to change? If its permanent, how can I upload screenshots that don’t have my personal or device information on it if I can’t crop that out of the screenshot for uploading to the forum? Thank you.

I am unhappy with this weekly forum. It is rare that I ask a question that is answered. The one-hour time frame results in quick non-answers. I want to know about future communications with Jordan Sweetnam and I know the AMA is closed.

I had areturn last month (#383305630431).
(The guy told me in an email before he even received it that he would return it because it was too large. He later changed that to SNAD.)
When I got it back, eBay gave me a button to send the refund, so I did. I noticed at the time that eBay refunded only the item price, not the S&H.
Now the item shows up with status: LESS_THAN_A_FULL_REFUND_ISSUED
and says I should have returned the S&H, too. ?.

Hi @vrykalak, the specific promotion you are talking about is for 100 EXTRA auction style listings and calls out in the terms & conditions that these are in addition to the free listings per month that you receive. we were told in the last announcement of 11/18/19 that issues related to fixing Item Specifics would not be finalized until some time 2020. my program manager is still waiting for these fixes...i am forced to do custom specifics since the ebay data is incorrect. and doubtful the customs are even shown in search. need a timeframe here.

My brain is sprained apparently on refunds on returns......specifically under what circumstances the original shipping can be deducted.  Trinton explained on the board that it could not be deducted in addition to damage deductions but I'm not sure what would be a proper criteria........all, some remorse claims?  Snad claims that are not justified in our view? ie....claim of not as described, wrong size, when size is clearly stated with measurements?

Hi @rosevelyn, yes that is it. Managed payments is the name of the new payments experience on eBay. 

We will move more sellers into managed payments during 2020 and we expect that the majority of sellers will be in managed payments in 2021.

Hello, so I have two returns that are 'falsely' not as described returns. Both of them are clearly the situation, and I have pointed out to eBay that I am supposed to be protected. Nobody seems to know how to get them off my service metrics as promised, and I was not given any credit for the return label on one. I've talked to everybody in the company, it seems, but nobody has any clue how to remove it from the service metrics before the next evaluation period. Help???

I wanted to add, @vrykalak, that since this promotion is for Auction Style Listings, it wouldn't apply to the fixed price listings that you have submitted. I hope this clears up any confusion!

Sorry I guess I misunderstood your question. If I remember correctly on the podcast Jordan did mention he would consider doing more AMAs down the road. Otherwise these weekly chats are the our best bet to getting anything remotely up the chain to eBay. I think the "blue team" does follow up after the chat with unresolved questions sometimes.
