Turbolister is still available to download on ebay.com. It is unsupported but it still works and is available.
Hi @maxoptical! My understanding is that Turbo Lister is no longer mentioned in our Selling Tools help pages and a link to download it is not publicly available through that avenue. However, doing a Google search may return a download for Turbo Lister, though that will likely be an out-of-date version and we don't recommend downloading it through a Google search. Our Advanced Apps team does still offer support for Turbo Lister, though this will end when the full retirement of the tool takes place. The Advanced Apps team can help sellers download Turbo Lister if needed and this is generally used for current users that need to reinstall the program. Since the current plan is to retire the tool, we don't typically recommend sellers start using it now as support will eventually be discontinued.

Brian, As I recall, what ebay told us was that TL would be retired only after ALL the TL functionality had found its way onto Seller Hub. The impression we were given was that that would happen pretty quickly. It still has not happened, and so people who like TL are continuing to use it because it increasingly appears that you guys will never transfer all the TL functionality to Seller Hub. I would suggest that ebay provide , say, at least 60 days notice. I think that would be reasonable.
Thanks for the suggestion, @my-cottage-books-and-antiques !

Hi Trinton
I know you have replied on threads about Handy services.
I am now Seeing a service named Porch
https://www.ebay.com/cdp/help/home-installation/porch
now how does ebay decide which service to add to a listing
Handy Vs. Porch
And how does ebay determine which items to put it on?
I have Curtain holdbacks with the Porch services added to my listing yet other sellers who offer the same item do not have Porch services offered on their items.
Now even if an item falls under the category Curtain hardware ebay is adding this service to some & not others
Magnetic tie backs don't need this service yet some sellers like below have it on their listing & others in the same exact category do
How is this happening. Better yet if ebay is to offer these services shouldn't they figure out a better way to decide which items this gets attached to.
Hi @labs118 - I'll see what I can find out about this and update you. I'll reach out for some examples momentarily. Thanks!

Do we need to post the new privacy policy for the EU? Does eBay post it somewhere?
Hi @mg152, I believe you are referring to this notice. If you are talking about something else, start a thread on this topic and @mention me in the opening post and I will be happy to work with you!

What is US Campaign? Also would like to suggest that when relisting an item the promote your item selection box default to unchecked.
Hi @mcdougle4248, if you click on the information symbol (the little i in the circle) you will find a popup that gives more information about how campaigns are organized. It also directs you to your campaign dashboard where you can review previous campaigns, create campaigns, and rename them.
As for the promote your item selection box, it is defaulted to unchecked on the listings on your account that I tested out. It may default to checked for an item that was in a promotion that you still have active, though I wasn't able to test this out just now. Keep an eye on it and let me know if you have any concerns!

Being we may see changes according to all the articles posted in the news lately about Elliot Management - and hope they are all good - I just received notice that another site I sell on is going to give automatic 5 star ratings if a buyer doesn't leave feedback. They have a shorter time for buyers to open a case but these are how other sites are handling things to show buyers how good their sellers are as we know we're lucky if 30% of your buyers leave feedback.
"We hear you. Going forward, auto-rated transactions will now be given 5 star reviews.
How does this work?
If it’s been 3 days past confirmed delivery and the buyer has not rated the seller or requested a return, the seller will receive an auto-rating."
Thanks for the suggestion @tunicaslot! We'll get it passed on. 🙂
