I haven't seen any updates on the GTC billing cycle and I, too, would appreciate an update. Can we expect the GTC cycle will change to 31 days and when?
What would be better would be for items to renew each month on the same date as when they were originally posted, and as long as items are posted between the 1st and the 28th, there would never be a problem with being billed twice in one month.

As to the billing issue: I do not think we should assume the solution is going to be to change GTC to 31 days, although I think that's a possibility.
I know, but that's what I'm hoping for. 🙂

Is there any update on Washington DC Marketplace Facilitator Sales Tax which was supposed to go into effect April 1st? We have had a few orders to DC already this month and I have confirmed eBay did not collect the sales tax.

So after printing a label now, there's no "My ebay" link? Or am I just going blind?
Hi @carlqsportscards, while there isn't a link to the main My eBay page in the new label flow, there is and option to go to My eBay - Awaiting Shipment. Click "Ship your next item" to go to that page within My eBay.

We were told there would be a column in Seller Hub's Active Listings section with info about the number of days a listing has been active. Originally, that was supposed to be given to us by the end of March. We're now a week and a half into April. I know the Seller Hub team has been busy working on this...can we get a new ETA? Also, any change in the timeline for the solution to the GTC billing (monthly versus 30 days) issue? There was an update posted that the days active will be updated sometime in April:

Going to 31 days does not solve the problem completely. Not all months are 31 days either. To resolve the issue completely it must move to no more than once per calendar month.

Will eBay reconsider the policy of always siding against the seller in "not as described" cases? The way things are now, a buyer can buy "Red Shirt Size XL Cherry Color," and click not as described, with a message saying, "I didn't realize it was red. I wanted blue," or "I didn't see that it was size XL. I always wear size Small." In both cases, those would be automatically decided against the seller, and the seller would be forced to accept the return and give the buyer a full refund including shipping both ways. In the rest of the selling world, that's not considered "the cost of doing business."

The small 6.25 x 8.5" eBay branded polymailers were introduced in a variety of colors. Can we expect to see the color options in other sizes or will those remain exclusively blue?

Hi @my-cottage-books-and-antiques, our goal is to get this feature to you this month. brian_burke@ebay updated the boards with this ETA here as an update to Harry's post on the topic.

If you have a return request which you feel is invalid on a "No Returns" item, is there any way to have someone above the regular CS level review it?

This should have already been to the team. The OOS individual option has been in the forum topics for, at least, a month, if not since very shortly after the announcement of GTC.
Is this really a surprise suggestion?

Keeping the billing cycle based on calendar months and changing the GTC listing cycle to 31 days would accomplish exactly that.

Did anyone from eBay see my post yesterday? I combined shipping on 2 coins, added the tracking and got a late shipping mark on 1 of the coins. I went from 100% shipping to 96%. Not happy. I combined the shipping, added the tracking, shipped on time. Had a very happy buyer and I’m getting punished? I have no bad marks. All my metrics are/were at 100% No returns or refunds, no late shipping nothing until now.
How do I get that fixed? It’s bothering me.

Hi @coffeebean832, Brian gave an update in this post. We don't have any new information to share at this time, but will have details to share by May.

Doesn't thsi defeat the entire purpose of have GTC forced upon us ? We are asking for this so that we do not get charged fees for relisting. The real question is if GTC is to improve sales and 90 days is now the only listing period why are we being charged 3 times for the same listing. ?
