Hi there, more than a month now with no payouts. Every time I request payout I receive a message: “Unfortunately, we ran into a problem sending the payout you requested” “We couldn`t complete your previous payout and credited the amount back to your available funds” I don`t have red banner or etc. and my funds aren`t on hold. I`ve contacted customer support many times....they said technical issue! I still can`t resolve it.

Are you enrolled in Managed Payments and is your banking information correct?
I ask because I don't know if MP is used in Bulgaria. (Sorry... but it might lead to a solution for you.) Hang tight...
