why do my categories in MyStore say undefined?

I went to look at the categories in my shop and they have all been replaced with "undefined".  I checked manage mystore and everything is OK there.  I changed between chrome, Firefox and even bing but they all showed the same any help would be great.

My categories are messed up and have been since last summer when they started messing with store stuff.  I use Ebay categories and they are only showing 3 on the listing page......been after them, like you, but nothing......

This is what I see on your listing page:  which looks ok to me........?

if you click one of the side categories then that is when the problem happens

i contacted ebay support months ago and again last week....send them screen shot and detailed info or they will just tell you nothing is wrong...

1. goto my store 2. click on a item. (so far all is ok) 3 click on a category 4. all side categories are undefined. mypage https: www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ssn=japaninmotion&store_cat=2849357&store_name=japaninmotion

this what they wrote back the second time after give them a step by step way to the problem

When I click on your store logo I get the pink banner ''Sorry this store was not found'' but when I go to the right side of any of your listings and click on Visit Store - I see it all fine and cateegories listed.

I have same issue, I reported to eBay months ago still nothing changed, even they don't have any clue when they able to resolve that problem. I'm still paying full for an inferior product (store subscription).

I faced this issue when i using google chrome.

but when i using Firefox, my store categories showing as should be.

This has been going on for almost a year.  Ive given up contacting them.  They help treat me like I’m the only one on eBay having this problem. The good news os that it only happens on ebay.com,the site where 99% of its users go, and not the other ebay sites like co.uk.
