Did you click on the link in the screen shot of your post here, to view your messages for more details?  What did it say there?  It should give you more details on why this happened.

Go there and read what the message says.

Sometimes suspensions result when the member's IP address, computer, or physical address is shared by another account that has been suspended. These are considered "related accounts".

Or there might be a failure on your part to enroll in Managed Payments.

Or there might be delivery or counterfeit issues associated with those FunkoPop drop-shipments from china.

Or, potentially, eBay issued some prior warnings that were ignored.

These are all avenues to explore.
