I have my stores set to 'allow customers to buy one item every 10 days'. It seems that it is also blocking them from making more than one offer. eBay's software seems to block anyone from buying more than one item every 10 days, AND from making more than one offer. Is there a way to access a setting JUST for the 'offer' part? I would like to still block buyers from buying more than one item every 10 days, but I want them to be able to make multiple offers. Is this possible? Thanks!
