website will not load

As of yesterday the website is super slow and some stuff does not load. Search doesn't work. Only loads half a page then freezes

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser?

If you are using Ad Block, try temporarily disabling to see if that makes a difference for you. There may be an alternative ad blocker or filter subscription that still allows you to block ads without slowing down the site.

If you are using Firefox, disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection may help.

Same experience. Suddenly search pages do not fully load. Have to scroll and wait for them to load. Clicking on a link causes a 10 second delay before the link opens. eBay has added too much garbage to the search pages, breaking their main function - providing search results.

Had the same experience recently. After turning off Adblock, the search results load much faster, but now there are a bunch of (google search) website ads at the bottom of the page, which I do not recall ever being a thing.

Update - as of 12/16/22 the Search pages seem to be functioning normally. Thanks to whoever found the bug and fixed it!
