I spend a lot of time looking at lists, and I have noticed a few glitches.
Sometimes when I load the new Watch List, the header loads, but the list itself is blank. I think this is just a browser cache issue; reloading the page restores it.
Sometimes when I'm looking at an item that is on one of my lists or I'm adding a new item to a list, I don't see the little blue banner at the top of the item page that indicates which list it's on. If a page reload doesn't restore it, usually signing out and back into eBay or restarting the browser will fix that.
Occasionally I will try to add an item to a list and not see the blue banner at the top; sometimes it's because my list already has 200 items on it. Then I just add the item to a different list, and go back to delete a few from the full list.
Note that it is possible to have more than 200 items on your Watch list, but it may cause the list to behave erratically. You may have trouble adding new items or removing items from the list page, particularly if you try to remove several at once. You should be able to remove an item from the watch list by going to the item listing, and using the "remove" link on the blue banner at the top.
