viewing detail of an item on acer chromebook

I'm looking at items in gallery viewing mode on my Acer Chromebook.  When I open an item to view all the details the picture of the item fills the left half of my screen and the info is on the right hand side.  How do I change this to the traditional view for looking at the details of an item.
