I have all my items stored on turbo lister that I sell on ebay.
I have been using turbo lsiter 2 as a local storage program as it has all the photos, discriptions and respective data to each item. Now when I open turbo lister2 it forces me to sign into ebay and varify my account but this stops with a script error and prevents me from opening turbolister. Is there some way to bypass the varification process step so I can just open the turbo lister program to use locally on my desktop without having to varify my ebay account.

The only workaround you might try is to set your computer's date back a couple of years, which is reported to at least allow some limited access to TL files.
Unfortunately TL files are in a proprietary format with no hack around to access them. Really outrageous that ebay pulled the plug when they promised they would not until there was a new app to replace it.

Yeah & still nothing replaces it.
I tried SixBit & nothing but problems 😞 Had to restart the trial due to all their problems & now just found out that they corrupted EVERY PHOTO in my DB & nothing but SNARK from their Tech Support. They used to have an excellent tech support guy, who worked through a bunch of problems with me, but now he's gone & I get a guy who can't be bothered to talk on the phone & is super snarky & lazy. Ughhh.
Sorry, OP, there's really not much you can do. Eventually it would need the verification (I think you used to get that twice/year) & once that happens, I think you're to use a technical term, hosed.

I have been using TL in the same way as the original poster. While you can no longer upload with the program, it has been useful to keep track of my active and sold listings through the synchronization. I create my listings on ebay site, and sync to get it into TL. Has also been somewhat useful for creating csv files for file exchange.
I also recently encountered the same signin script error. I reset my computer clock as suggested and that got me past the signin issue and allowed me to get into the database. However it won't connect to ebay at all. Is there a way to get that working again?
I've been a TL user for over 10 years and have mostly liked it, though it has worked better on some computers than others. I tried sixbit TL edition and did not like it, It wasn't even similar. Any recommendations on another program to use now?

Haven't seen any further workaround to allow a connection to ebay, even to just to download listings.
Here's another trick you might try. If you open a free Bonanza account, it will import all your ebay listings including the photo's and at least provides a backup. It also has some sync and export options.

If you are looking for the listing data that eBay currently has, you can contact the department that handles File Exchange and put in a request. They will send you a csv file that you can use to import into a program of your choosing. You won’t get the photos but you should have these regardless. You may have to be a register user of File Exchange.

I've been a bonanza seller for many years. I have Spark Lister but it doesn't pull in my ebay listings after linking accounts. I have requested an ebay export so we'll see what happens with that.

Bonanza itself has an importer from ebay. I use it my self, and it works quite well.
