USPS Shipping Labels Not Displaying After Purchase on eBay - Cannot Print Label

We're able to purchase a USPS shipping label through eBay, but label does not actually open up like it normally does to print.  eBay software shows the USPS Tracking Number as if the label was generated and paid for. When trying to Reprint shipping label from the Shipping Labels screen, it just shows a blank gray screen where the label normally is generated as a PDF. We've tried printing labels on 4 different orders now all with same result. Also completely cleared cookies & cache. Still not working...

What browser are you using?

Instead of opening the label in your browser, try saving the label and opening it using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Or try another browser.

You may also be able to set your browser to open PDF files using a PDF reader rather than using your browser's built in PDF capabilities or a plug-in. Check your browser settings; sometimes browser updates can change the default behavior.

SOLUTION:  I had to restart my Chrome web browser and then the shipping labels were able to be displayed properly again. So it must have been an issue with the Chrome web browser all of a sudden. Once I closed Chrome and then reopened it, working just fine again.

Might be one of your Chrome extensions interfering with it. Glad you got it sorted out.

Just a tip. @eburtonlab 's suggestion to download the label doesn't only apply to when you have issues. I download all of my labels prior to printing and keep them. This way you can save the label in case something goes wrong since you cannot reprint them after 24 hours.

I discard the label only after the PO has received the item.
