unable to leave Feedback

I've been attempting to leave Feedback for my buyers, but when I use the computer it just brings up a blank page. I can get on the app on my phone and leave feedback, but that only allows me to go back a few weeks, so I'm not able to give feedback to anyone outside of that time frame.

Is that a special seller-only feedback page? I don't recognize that URL.

I have had this issue as well! Its not working in browser or app and I just got an email reminding me to leave feedback. Adding it to the stack of problems with the fall of endless updates. Just thankful no one has complained so far about THAT.
