Disabling marketing notifications does not work on iOS

Hi, 

I have disabled all marketing notification options in the eBay iOS app, but I am still constantly receiving these "Just for you" marketing notifications. 

Is this a bug or is there something else I need to disable to stop these?

eBay app version: v6.140.0.1

iOS version: v17.2.1

Device model: iPhone 15 Pro (MTUX3ZD/A)

I just ignore them when and if I get them.
