I've had this problem for a week.

I just happened to run across thie forum.

Has anybody had luck contacting a person at Ebay?

NO THEY JUST HAVE THE ROBOT  TYPE YOU  AND ASK " IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK"  and when you say :YES" the dumb thing types "SORRY I DONT UNDERSTAND."

 THE listing tool has been messed up for going on a week now.. and ebay keeps saying " no issues reported" **bleep**
