shop listings do NOT show up on eBay website.

I am livid right now.

I had a friend contact me who wanted to buy some items from my shop. She lives out of town. She said they were not there and asked if my shop was still open. It is indeed open and I pay a store fee so maybe this is why sales have dropped to NOTHING!!!

Let's start with I have 906 listings. Out of the 906 listings only the 5 listings I initiated this morning for customer request are showing. My one customer purchased her 4 items.

1. So I did a search for Santa Marabou bow - NOTHING

2. I did a search for physical Therapist flatbacks - NOTHING says - no matches found

3. I did a search for Cath Lab Badge - NOTHING says no matches found

THIS GOES ON and ON for every listing that I have except for the 5  items I listed today for customer request.

I pay for a shop!!!! I expect to have my listings available and so I called eBay.

The first person I spoke to was - PRINCESS

The conversation with princess went like this.

I explain what is going on and she says you have 906 listings. I said please search physical therapist flatbacks

she did and said nothing is there. I said that is correct. That is the status for 901 listings.

WHY am I paying for a store that has no listings. She said she will contact technical support. She came back and said she cannot help me I am just going to have to wait until whenever the listings show up.

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR.

Next up was John he said he was the supervisor of Princess. I again went through all of this with John.

John said he was sorry for the problem and he would contact technical support. John came back and said technical support told him there is another shop that sells t-shirts that does not have listings showing up either.

He asked what listing number I need to have given to technical support. I told him there were 901 listings not there. He said SORRY but there is nothing else he can do I will just have to wait.

You guessed it... I asked to speak to his supervisor. next on the phone was MART.

I again go though everything with MART. He says he is very sorry but it is up to technical support and

they can do nothing to help me. I said I should not be paying shop rent of $59.95 per month when I have no listings available for sale. I believe the implied contract is I pay for up to 1000 listings and I pay eBay shop monthly rent of $59.95 in exchange for that. Since no sales ( which I found purely by accident thanks to a friend who wanted to order ) no shop rent should have to be paid. Remember I was wondering why sales have dropped to NOTHING!!!

You are not going to believe what he said to me. the $59.95 is not just for the 1000 listings he said., you get all kinds of benefits. BRACE YOURSELF.....Reduced fees, shipping supplies, seller hub with traffic info. I said MART you are not seriously trying to tell me that even though I have no listings available and you do not know why or when it will be fixed that these benefits are important. If no listings ..no sales... everything else is a MOOT point.

He asked if I needed anything else and I asked to be transferred to somebody in the states and he said that is not possible. I asked for the ticket # assigned to the problem and her said it is

So..... I am SCREWED!!!! this is some kind of a system.

WHEN WILL MY LISTINGS BE SHOWING UP or show I say the 901 that are missing as opposed to the 5 that I listed this morning that are there.

IT IS NO WONDER IHAVE NO SALES!!!!!

@kcri2445. Not sure if this will help but it can't hurt.... to get my listings to reindex to the site sooner after having my store on vacation I run them through the bulk editor.    You don't have to change anything.

I took a quick look at your listings just now and am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with search.   The one thing I noticed is that almost all of your listings have the word "cabuchon" in the title.  Please notice that eBay search automatically changes "cabuchon" to "cabochon" when doing the search.  And it shows ONLY the results for "cabochon" instead!  You have to find and click on the tiny link that says "show results for cabuchon instead" to see your listings.   Even as I type this message spell checker automatically changes the cabu to cabo and I have to override it.  So it might be worth a try to change that word in a few of your listings and see if that helps.  Who knows?  Even if you do this, it takes an hour or two for the search indexes to be updated, so you won't see any results right away.

I see 3700 + listings in your store, which I assume are the # of variations of the 900+.

I see all the items you mention as missing..........

I understand your upset.......but realistically all CS can do is turn it over to the Techs......they have no way to fix a Tech problem............

I clicked on your avatar and then clicked on LISTINGS and I get 3,773 results.

I'm sorry this is happening, everyone feels your frustration, many are down in sales. For what it's worth, I just searched all 3 of your examples and all of your items showed up for me in search. I'm not sure what the problem is, but your listings are showing up in search for me.
