I am trying to overnight a package to a buyer for an emergency situation. It wont let me print or purchase a label. What is up?

Your recent sales show USPS and today is a postal holiday. (I don't know that this addresses your issue... but might ease your mind a bit.) I suppose I'd suggest to try to print it again later with tomorrow's date. Good luck.

I think you will have to use UPS or FedX for overnite since USPS is closed today.
