shipping exclusions.

When I list an item I uncheck everything where it says Exclude shipping locations.  When I look at my listing, the excluded locations are back, also PO box. I don't want any exclusions. I revised items numerous times and it always shows up. I called Ebay and they couldn't really help.

Did you check your site preferences to see if you have them checked there?  That would override a change on the listing form, (I think).........

Thanks, I looked and they were already set to no exclusions but I did find a few other changes I  needed to make. Thanks!
