I shipped a multi purchase order of 4 items to a buyer in the same package. Two of them show as delivered and two of them still show as shipped even though buyer received the order. How do I have ebay show them as delivered?
Check the tracking numbers to make sure there is not a error in the numbers. That could explain why they do not display the same. If there is no error you should call eBay to report the issue.
