I shipped a multi purchase order of 4 items to a buyer in the same package. Two of them show as delivered and two of them still show as shipped even though buyer received the order. How do I have ebay show them as delivered?

I paid a premium price for a DVD and it won't play on my equipment. I get a message that PAL format can't play in area 1 equipment. I don't have a clue what it means. Shouldn't the seller know that by contacting me before the item was shipped to my a...
