just for reference.........usually that's just a temporary interruption between the browser / ebay....at least for me here in the US......

Many (but not all) UK users seem to be having network issues.

Someone on downdetector suggested changing your DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or another public DNS if you are still experiencing DNS issues with your current provider.
