for about a month or so (and not every time) I enter my saved searches list the searches flicker or jump and it's impossible to click on the ones I wish to enter. Happens on two different computers.

Very odd. No idea what could be happening in that case. Some common browser plug-in, or anti-virus suite causing a very specific problem on one page on two different machines sounds unlikely. Perhaps an issue with your eBay account, specifically? I do not know.

If you are using this link to see your saved sellers, or something close to this:

One possible alternative: are you able to see your sellers by going to your profile page? Try clicking on your username on one of your My eBay pages, and then looking under Following: Members (see all)? If that works, you should at least be able to get to each seller's profile page, and from there see their "items for sale". Not a very elegant workaround, but it may work better than your jumpy page.
