On the Subscriptions and Fees page, there appears to be a missing or incorrect footnote.
Below is screenshot of the Discounts section of the page. In the last box in the table, "Credit toward Promoted Listing", the cross symbol (†) indicates a footnote:
Below is a screenshot taken farther down the same page. The cross symbol is again used to indicate a footnote:
However, the cross footnote, seen at the bottom of the second screenshot, only addresses the second item. There is no information explaining "Credit toward Promoted Listing".
