same day handling time error glitch

my same day handling cut off is 1400 eastern time m-f ,listings are saying: 

"ships today if paid in 4 hours 20 min (that would be mid-night)

anyone else?

Same here. Reported as bug Friday.  It should use the settings from Site Preferences...  So last Friday it showed the cutoff time as 1 minute before midnight.  Today (monday) it shows it as 2 PM Pacific.
