ebay seems to have technical issues with the late shipping defect removal process.
when clicking on
-seller help
-request to remove defects
-request to remove (on any order that indicates late delivery)
-then choose any of the reasons that fit (in my case "shipped on time (shown in tracking))
-send request
-done
it should then give this case/order the status of "You already sent a request to remove this defect. See Request status to check the status."
but it doesn't. it actually gives you the option again of clicking on request to remove as if you haven't done it seconds ago already.
technical issues it seems. is anyone experiencing the same?
