Shortly after refunding a sale, Ebay notified me that the proceeds had been refunded. My customer states that ebay has refunded nothing and will soon be demanding a money order. Do I have any back-up from ebay to prove I returned his money?
Time for the buyer to receive the refund depends on which credit card issuer was used. Some banks are faster than others. It is the buyer's bank that is slow.
Buyer needs to contact their bank or just be patient.
You can also check your transactions in Seller Hub to make sure eBay processed the refund.
