I've been trying to view this page since September 20. I've been here for more than 20 years and the newer staff just don't understand this issue. When we bid on an auction and win the auction, there is a link on the actual listing page under the winning bid that says how many bidders bid on the auction. If you click on the link for say 20 bids, it will bring you to a page that shows all the bidders. If you win the item, your ebay name will be on top of the bidders list. There will be a drop down menu on the right side of your name with a "more options" link. If you click on more options you will get a drop down menu. As part of that drown down option list there is a link that says "view purchased item" This link is not working. If you click on the link for "view purchased item" it opens a new page with an error message that says "we looked everwhere. Looks like the page is missing" What should happen is we should get a link to the item we purchased that is fully formatted for printing purposes. I am not the only one with this issue. I have reported this issue.
