Can't print shipping label

I've been trying to print a shipping label over three hours. Where I have to agree with USPS regulations, it won't let me continue to blue tab "PRINT SHIPPING LABEL".  I have orders to ship and can't. When I click on it...it does nothing.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try changing the page zoom level or text size to see if there are any hidden buttons or options.

Try setting your browser to open PDFs in a PDF viewer to print the label if possible; that seems to work more reliably than using a browser's built-in utility.

sometimes I have to disconnect printer  from computer and also the power and begin again. It resets itself and has always worked  for me
