"createInventoryLocation" method is not working on sandbox

Hello, guys

I tried to create inventory location using `createInventoryLocation` method of Inventory API.

but I got the error for the method.

I did it on both my python backend and eBay API explorer but got the same error.

How can I fix it?
It is a very urgent issue for me really.
