"Where's all my stuff" Locked out issues

List 3 items quickly and then locked out. I can not figure out the issue. Ebay bot? Cookies? VPN? 

I'm at complete stopage. I guess I'll run a few sales as long as labels can be made.

I'll update if problem is corrected.

VPNs can definitely cause listing issues.

Try listing without the VPN.

Are you still having this issue? I have had it for 2 weeks now and ebay has no answers.
