"Watchlist is Full" - when it isn't

Reported this to eBay 2 days ago and it's not yet fixed.  Suddenly, earlier this week on my PC laptop, usual Chrome browser, I couldn't add any listings to my Watchlist, although my total items watched are well below the 300 current limit.  Clearing my browser cache does nothing.

After I explained that it persists across browsers and OS formats, eBay's chat agent Justine said it was a site issue that would be fixed within 24 hours...but it is NOT.  Anyone else experiencing this?

First make sure you are viewing your entire list, and not just a subset. You should be able to watch up to 400 total items, active and ended. If you are at or near that limit, try deleting some old or ended items to make more space for new items.

When I have encountered similar issues in the past, signing out of eBay and signing back in has often proven helpful. Although if the problem occurs in multiple browsers, that may indicate some other issue is involved.
