I've been on eBay for over twenty years. But after placing a winning bid, I can't pay. I get this message:

Unfortunately, this seller won't ship this item to OH, United States. You can:

- Update your shipping address and try again.

Please contact the seller to request order total.

I've read that it's an eBay problem. Anyone have any experience with this situation?

Seller doesn't have the shipping option set up correctly.

Let the seller know that's why you can't pay for the order.
