"There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time"

When I click on sellers store names the store pops up ok. When I click on the items I'm receiving this error message. This is from PC. Been like this for 2 or 3 days now.Screenshot (143).png

Re: "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time"

I saw that error in Edge (but not Firefox or Opera) when opening an item link from a store page. After clearing cache and deleting eBay cookies and restarting Edge, the error went away.

I told you. Now it's your turn to tell someone else.

Not all users are having a problem; only users that wind up with conflicting data in their cache or cookies and who view certain stores have a problem, apparently. At some point the bad cache or cookie data on their computers will be overwritten and the problem will go away (until eBay makes another change that causes problems).

Clearing cache and deleting cookies can speed up the process, though.

Don't get me wrong I appreciate your response. You know most buyers aren't gunna do that and or why should they have too. Take care ✌️

Re: "There seems to be a problem serving the request at this time"

I have been having this issue for days. I have cleared everything, restarted, done all the suggested and still no change. I have called ebay and messaged ebay for business on fb and still nothing, of course I have been told they are aware and it's a backend problem.  I have very little faith this will be resolved anytime soon.
