I absolutely HATE it when humans always have to fix or change things that are working perfectly. I want my offers on top of My Ebay page like it used to be. Now they are at the bottom. Would you, could you PLEASE STOP messing with everything??? Haven't you ever heard the phrase "IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!" I like my page the way it was. Changing things unexpectedly is messing with me, not helping me. You didn't even ask me if I want it changed, you just go and do it. And it serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever.
Are your employees bored? Need something to do to justify their wages? What's the real reason you constantly keep messing with everything? Seems like every time I get on this site something has been changed. It's getting ridiculous now. Ebay was so awesome back in the beginning when it was strictly an auction site. But the over the years you have completely ruined everything.
