Anyone else having issues with the website? For the past two days, whenever I click on Purchase history, it shows "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later"
And when I click on bids/offers, it doesn't show anything either.
Are there technical issues going on right now on the website or do I need to do something to fix it?

My Purchase History page is currently loading fine in Firefox, but I have seen one other post about this on another board, and a post on the Australian eBay site.
Try holding down the shift key and hitting the page refresh button. Or try another browser, or try deleting your browser cache.
Alternative links that might also be worth trying that should show your Purchase History info:

I tried holding down shift and refreshing to no avail.
I did delete cache but still not working. The alternative link worked! Thank you.

I have seen other posts on the UK boards about the same issue; apparently lots of folks are having the same problem.

I get the same message for "My Purchase History" since yesterday (8/9/2020. It is now 6/10 and it's been at least 24 hours. Using Chrome and Win10. Will try on Firefox.

Whew, I'm not alone! I've tried several computers and three different browsers; all show me "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." under my Order history. This started a few days ago. I've been on eBay since 1998 and I run a computer store... definitely not user error.

I've been getting that very error message today 6/11, but not yesterday 6/10, and not in Purchase History but in my Watch List instead. Seems there is a problem that they're aware of but still ongoing. Using the All Lists link is a good work around for that.

Same problem here. Tried Firefox, Chrome and Brave browsers. Tried all the suggested links. Aggravated here. Any reply from ebay about this issue?

I get screwed up pages where there is only a white background with very scattered links and link text, item descriptions with enlarged text. The "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." is usually somewhere on the messed up page, too. It has caused me to shop elsewhere for things a number of times. This has been happening for over a month now, multiple times a day. It seems like inexperienced web developers handling eBay now. I won't comment further on that. Even on the community pages I get red-boxed errors "unexpected error" that pops up right above the reply text box. Here are examples of what is happening exactly right now - 10:22pm EST 8/25/20

If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on eBay.
