"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later. " Purchase History

August 26, 2018: For over a week now I still get this error message "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." when I want to display the purchase history.

 

How the hell must I check and give feedback or contact seller or resolve a probelm etc without seeing the purchase history?

 

I have 3 different computers, Mac, Win and Lin, all from 1/2018 latest O/S latest browsers latest everything. All show the same ebay problem, regardless whether old or new purchase listing style.

 

Now what?

I see you are registered in the Netherlands.

 

Do you normally use ebay.com, or a different eBay site?

 

If you are following a bookmark to get to your account, try manually typing in the top level address and then navigating to your Purchase History that way. eBay has changed their sign in page code recently, right around the time you started having problems.

 

If that doesn't help, try signing in to another country like ebay.co.uk to see if there is any difference.

Alrightie, I changed the TLD extension into ".com" instead of my usual ".co.uk", ".nl", etc etc, and yes, now the purchase history appears nicely.
